We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags. Please note used merchandise and custom or personalized orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.
Please send us a mail before you return, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.
Any merchandise purchased in a store should be returned at the store where it was purchased.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. BoboDrifter is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Status & History
We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the email address you provided when ordering. * Excluding items shipped from vendor.

Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via EMAIL or online chat. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.
You may cancel any BoboDrifter order as long as the order status is “in process.” If order status is “completed,” it cannot be canceled.
